At daybreak, on the third day following His death, the Son of Man opened His eyes. Leaving behind His tomb, Jesus stepped out into His new creation. The world, yes, still ruined in sin. But right there in the middle of it, a new creation had been born.
Resurrection sprang up in the Firstborn Son, and since His resurrection it has been springing up in all of His followers. This new creation is the Kingdom of God. It is within all of those who have been made alive. Resurrection is a newly embodied life after a period of being dead.
What I hope to share in this blog are stories of recrudescence–stories of revival, renewal, and awakening.
